ELITE Flap Disc 103.

The double flap layout gives faster removal and an even finish. As the outer flaps wear, the inner flaps are exposed, giving the disc a second life. The grinding surface is further away from the grinder, this compliments the flat shape to allow the whole disc to engage on the job. The plastic backing is harder and less flexible than other discs, pressure exerted on the grinder is transferred directly to the job, similar to sanding discs.
