ELITE Back-up Pad 228 Fine ribbed is for air cooling, which ventilates between the pad and fibre disc, prolonging the life of both the backing pad and fibre disc / sanding disc. Made from durable polypropylene, to give controlled flex, but still rigid for heavy duty work and high stock removal. Slight beveled surface backing pad, to give you use of all the disc on the metal. Best used when removal and pressure is needed in P36, or P60.
